The 90 Day Diet

have to eat fruits for breakfast. They help the bowel movements, and they are an excellent source of energy for the
brain, for they contain integral sugar. Another thing you should bear in mind is that once in a month, you have to
keep a water-day. It comes after a fruit-day, and you can continue with the protein-day the next day.
Do not forget that this is not only a weight loss diet, but also a weight loss program that should be
taken seriously. The order of the days should not be mixed up or changed! If you continue to eat fruits for
breakfast for another 90 days besides eating normally after the diet is over, you would not put back your lost
